Grate-kiln Plant
Grate-kiln pelletizing technique is a kind of pelletizing, to dry & preheat green pellets using grate-kiln machine, strength & roast pellets using rotary machine, and cool the finished pellets in circular cooler. The pellet produced by this technique will become a high-quality raw material for blast furnace, with higher grade of iron, good metallurgy performance, and commercial advantages like long-time storage and long-distance transportation characteristics. If match the pellets with sinter ore, the coke rate can be effectively reduced, the productivity of blast furnace be improved, and the blast furnace charge composition will be more reasonable. This technique also has the advantages of advanced procedure, large output capacity, fully use of secondary energy, lower energy consumption, environmental protection and great economic returns.
